Gomywayride Services Ltd (in this/within this) referred to under its operating name "Gomywayride Services Ltd" (GMWRS) and "the Service") is the only owner of the information collected on this Service. We will not sell, share, or rent information to others in ways different from what is told to people in this statement.
In order to use GMWRS (raised, flat supporting surface), a Member must first complete our registration form. During registration a Member might be needed/demanded to provide their contact information (name and email address). This information is used for checking (for truth) and to contact the Member (related to/looking at/thinking about) services on GMWRS (raised, flat supporting surface) for which they have expressed interest. By registering on GMWRS (raised, flat supporting surface), a Member permission to their data being used on any other existing or future websites operated by GMWRS.

Safety and obedience of Law
GMWRS may tell (people) your information to courts, police or governmental people in charge, or approved third parties, if and to the extent we are needed/demanded to do so by law or if such (telling to people/making known) is (well enough/good enough/in a smart way) necessary:
To obey legal process and to respond to claims strongly defended/strongly expressed against GMWRS. To respond to (checked for truth/proved true) requests relating to a criminal (act of asking questions and trying to find the truth about something) or accused (of a crime) or suspected illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other of our users to (responsibility under the law for one's own actions).
To enforce and (control or manage/give medicine or something else) our Terms of Service or other agreements with Members.
For illegal dishonesty/stealing (by lying) (act of asking questions and trying to find the truth about something) and prevention, risk test/evaluation, customer support, product development and (finding and correcting mistakes in) purposes.
To protect the rights, property or personal safety of GMWRS, its workers, its Members, or members of the public.
We will attempt to tell Users about these requests unless:
Providing written statement/attention is prohibited by the legal process itself, by court order we receive, or by related law, or We believe that providing written statement/attention would be useless/pointless, ineffective, create a risk of injury or bodily harm to an individual or group, or create or increase a risk of illegal dishonesty/stealing (by lying) upon GMWRS's property, its Members and the Service (all together, "Risk Pictures/situations"). In events where we obey legal requests (without anybody being told) for these reasons, we will attempt to tell that Member about the request after the fact if we decide/figure out in good faith that we are no longer legally prohibited from doing so and that no Risk Pictures/situations apply.
We use IP addresses to carefully study (popular things/general ways things are going), (control or manage/give medicine or something else) the site, track Member's movement and gather broad (information about the numbers of different kinds of people) in order to constantly improve the Site.
We will send Service announcement updates by email. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about this service. We communicate with the Member to provide requested services and relating to/about issues relating to their account via email.
Members who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may (you're automatically part of something unless you tell someone you don't want to participate) of receiving these communications by selecting the unsubscribe link within the email.
At any point in time Members can cancel their account by either visiting Account Settings > Close account or contacting us. In this process, their account will be flagged inactive and deleted within an optional time period. Within that period, Members may reactivate their accounts if they wish.
